In the event of a cancellation, delay in occupancy, or early departure by the Lessee or Occupant after the Lease Agreement has been duly executed, or the unit request is confirmed by the Lessee by any other manner, the Lessee shall be responsible for all rents and related expenses pertaining to such unit unless Suite Home is able to re-rent the unit to another party for the remaining duration of the Minimum Term, inclusive of any extension notices provided to Suite Home. The Lessee shall also be responsible for all costs and expenses incurred by Suite Home, including but not limited to, any and all fees incurred in re-letting the unit, installation and service charges associated with the preparation of the unit, all fees and cancellation charges, and any special requests made by the Lessee or Occupant.

This is a furnished 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom corner apartment with gorgeous skyline views. At 2001 sq feet, there is plenty of room for families. There is a dining table, desk & chairs, and barstools at the kitchen island for plenty of ceiling. And we typically furnish the apartment with a King, Queen, Queen, but can exchange for twin beds for a small fee if needed.

This property is pet friendly; however, pets  must be pre-approved and pet fees and pet records must be submitted. Please note:

Parkline Chicago is a pet-friendly community that welcomes up to two pets per apartment, including both cats and dogs. A one-time pet fee is required—typically $350 for cats and $600 for dogs. Certain dog breeds may be restricted, so it's best to check with management for specifics. Residents enjoy convenient pet amenities such as a private outdoor dog run and a fully equipped dog spa with a washing station.

Restricted breeds include:
Rottweilers, Dobermans, German Shepherds, Pit Bulls (American Staffordshire Terrier / Bully types), Huskies

PARKING
1 assigned parking spot is included with your stay. It is on the 2nd floor of the Residences at 250 Garage. 

There is a southwest and northeast entrance to the garage. Residents can access the garage by presenting the lift master transponder provided by Suite Home when approaching the gate. IMPORTANT: Do not peel off the transponder from the paper backing and stick it on your car(s). You can place the transponder on their dashboard. If you peel it off and stick it on their car, you will NOT be able to take it off and it will damage their car. NOTE: All residents are required to park in the parking garage in your assigned spot only. Surface lot parking is for retail customers and leasing prospects ONLY. In addition, YOU MUST REGISTER YOUR VEHICLE. If we do not already have your car details on your lease, or you are utilizing a rental car, we must have that car information within 24 hours of arrival. Cars not registered may be towed, and Suite Home will not be responsible for that expense.


AMENITIES
The amenities, including the clubhouse, gym, pool and sundeck are on the 1st floor. The business center is on the 2nd floor. PLEASE NOTE: Shoes, shirts, and proper attire are required when entering all common areas of the building. Residents are asked to conduct themselves in an appropriate manner when entering all building common areas. Children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult. Limit 2 guests per resident for
ALL amenity areas. No glass (applies to pool and near courtyard grills). If courtyard grills are used, they must be cleaned after usage.

PETS
2 Pet Max. Cats and dogs welcome. 100 lb total weight limit. Aggressive breeds are prohibited (for example Rottweilers, Dobermans, Chows, Pit Bulls, German Shepherds) and there may be weight or size considerations.

Dog Fee - $650 non-refundable
Cat Fee - $350 non-refundable

If bringing pets, vet records and pictures of the pets will be required prior to arrival. You do not have access to pet amenities until pets are approved by the property.

The apartment is fully furnished with all the linens, housewares & electronics you need, plus a queen bed in the living room. All utilities, plus wifi and expanded cable, are included. Guests have full access to all building amenities, including the 24-hour gym, business center and the outdoor pool & sundeck (seasonal).

Transportation options available in Chicago include Chicago Avenue Station (Brown, Purple Lines), located 0.1 miles from Exhibit on Superior. Exhibit on Superior is near Chicago Midway International, located 11.1 miles or 19 minutes away, and Chicago O'Hare International, located 17.2 miles or 26 minutes away.

PARKING
Parking must be pre-arranged and payments and parking addendums must be completed. It takes 48-72 hours to set up parking. We recommend SpotHero or ParkWhiz for nearby garages in the area too

Monthly parking is $18/day and garage will only pro-rate on arrival. We need 48-72 hours to set up the pass after obtaining the car information (make/model/color/license plate state and number)
