While Suite Home is not on-site daily, our staff is available Monday-Friday to assist with general work orders or needs. For after hour emergencies, our on-call team is able to assist.
PARKING
1 Indoor Garage Parking Spot Included. Additional Spots are Available.
There is a southwest and northeast entrance to the garage. Residents can access the garage by presenting the Liftmaster transponder provided by Suite Home when approaching the gate. IMPORTANT: Do not peel off the transponder from the paper backing and stick it on your car(s). You can place the transponder on their dashboard. If you peel it off and stick it on their car, you will NOT be able to take it off and it will damage their car. NOTE: All residents are required to park in the parking garage in your assigned spot only. Surface lot parking is for retail customers and leasing prospects ONLY. In addition, YOU MUST REGISTER YOUR VEHICLE. If we do not already have your car details on your lease, or you are utilizing a rental car, we must have that car information within 24 hours of arrival. Cars not registered may be towed, and Suite Home will not be responsible for that expense.
PETS
2 Pet Max. Cats and dogs welcome. 100 lb total weight limit. Aggressive breeds are prohibited (for example Rottweilers, Dobermans, Chows, Pit Bulls, German Shepherds) and there may be weight or size considerations.
Dog Fee - $650 non-refundable
Cat Fee - $350 non-refundable
If bringing pets, vet records and pictures of the pets will be required prior to arrival. You do not have access to pet amenities until pets are approved by the property.
