Transportation options available in Chicago include Chicago Avenue Station (Brown, Purple Lines), located 0.1 miles from Exhibit on Superior. Exhibit on Superior is near Chicago Midway International, located 11.1 miles or 19 minutes away, and Chicago O'Hare International, located 17.2 miles or 26 minutes away. PETS If bringing pets, vet records and pictures of the pets will be required prior to arrival. You do not have access to pet amenities until pets are approved by the property. 2 Pet Max. Cats and dogs welcome. 100 lb total weight limit. Aggressive breeds are prohibited (for example Rottweilers, Dobermans, Chows, Pit Bulls, German Shepherds) and there may be weight or size considerations. Dog Fee - $650 non-refundable Cat Fee - $350 non-refundable PARKING Parking must be pre-arranged and payments and parking addendums must be completed. It takes 48-72 hours to set up parking. We recommend SpotHero or ParkWhiz for nearby garages in the area too Monthly parking is $18/day and garage will only pro-rate on arrival. Cancellation policy

30 day reservations or less: Guests are responsible for the full lease term. Reservations over 30 days: In the event of a cancellation, delay in occupancy, or early departure by the Lessee or Occupant after the Lease Agreement has been duly executed, or the unit request is confirmed by the Lessee by any other manner, the Lessee shall be responsible for all rents and related expenses pertaining to such unit unless Suite Home is able to re-rent the unit to another party for the remaining duration of the Minimum Term, inclusive of any extension notices provided to Suite Home. The Lessee shall also be responsible for all costs and expenses incurred by Suite Home, including but not limited to, any and all fees incurred in re-letting the unit, installation and service charges associated with the preparation of the unit, all fees and cancellation charges, and any special requests made by the Lessee or Occupant.
